Abstract

Abstract- Artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare uses machine learning and other smart
technologies to mimic human intelligence, transforming areas like diagnostics, treatment, and
patient management by analyzing vast datasets to improve accuracy and efficiency. AI helps
medical professionals make better decisions, leading to more personalized treatment plans,
reduced diagnostic errors, and potential for early disease detection through tools like image
recognition in radiology and pathology.Furthermore, the barriers and constraints that may
impede the use of AI in healthcare are outlined, and the potential future directions of AI
augmented healthcare systems are discussed
