Abstract
Abstract The field of botany is currently undergoing a paradigm shift, transitioning from traditional morphological studies to high-throughput molecular and computational analyses. This review synthesizes recent breakthroughs (2023–2026) in plant science, focusing on three pivotal areas: the role of the plant microbiome in enhancing environmental resilience, the precision of CRISPR-Cas9 in crop bioengineering, and the integration of "Omics" technologies to address global food security amidst climate change. We discuss how these advancements are reshaping our understanding of plant physiology and providing sustainable solutions for future agriculture.
